Open CTI Retirement ScanCX Labscxlabs.co

How ready is your org for the Open CTI retirement?

Open CTI retires on 28 February 2028. Connect your org and get a six-page report in a few minutes: migration impact, seats, indicative Salesforce Voice licence cost and a suggested start window. Configuration and counts only, never record content.

What it reads

  • Call centre definitions and which users are assigned
  • Installed packages, custom code, flows, triggers, rules, reports and dashboards that reference Open CTI or call fields
  • Counts of call activity and logins, aggregated
  • Omni-Channel, Lightning and Voice licence status

What it never reads

  • Task subjects or descriptions
  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other record content
  • Managed package source code (hidden by Salesforce)

Access uses the Salesforce scope "Manage user data via APIs" only, no refresh token, and ends when the scan finishes. Your admin can revoke it at any time from Setup, Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
